Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us maintain the infrastructure of our online payment processing product in production. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of AWS services, specifically Amazon ECS Fargate and be familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role.
- Strong experience with Amazon AWS, specifically Amazon ECS Fargate.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like Terraform.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- AWS Certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the infrastructure of the product in production on Amazon ECS Fargate.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that the infrastructure is optimized for performance and scalability.
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to deploy applications to production.
- Create and maintain scripts for infrastructure automation using Terraform.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices.
- Work with the security team to ensure that the infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulations.
Nice to have:
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity with other AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Lambda, etc.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 100% in USD. The final rate will be defined with the ideal candidate according to their experience and the value they can contribute to the project.
